Hi-Security with Skirt, 4" Open, up to 19.6'

High Security Barriers are designed specifically for areas accessed by vehicles that require extra security.

They contain the same components as our Access-Pro Barriers but the housing is taller in height.  

The optional MicroBoom instead of a VarioBoom is straight, and does not loop around to conserve space. 

This allows the use of a 'boom skirt' for increased protection from pedestrian intrusion. A visual deterrant, people cannot duck under the barrier arm where that is a security concern.

This gate features a drive system adjusted for the longer gate arm well suited for high-use with an opening time of 4 seconds and a maximum arm length of 20 feet*.

*Gates with booms over 15 feet must use a pendulum support or support post.

The barrier is offered in four color options, white, orange, light grey, and dark grey.

All gates also contain a control unit with programmable I/O, multiple open/close speeds, and an integrated 2-channel detector module.  A straight MicroBoom with a protective foam edge and signage area is optional.

The modularly designed housing is made of extruded aluminum with a base frame made of stainless steel (both powder-coated) which offers outstanding protection against corrosion. 

The control unit is located directly underneath the top cover and can be accessed from all sides. Configuring the barrier is easily accomplished via the LCD’s intuitive user interface that can be navigated with just 4 push-buttons.

The drive unit is astonishing because of its small dimensions and that you get a high torque with minimimal power consumption. The high torque guarantees best operation even under severe weather conditions (heavy winds, snow, etc.).

The motor, motor control and gearing are all combined in one compact drive unit.

It comes with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty.
