Product Description
The Automatic Barrier Gate Operator is a heavy-duty vehicle access-control system designed for commercial, industrial, parking and other high-traffic applications. It uses a 24 VDC brushless motor with encoder feedback, continuous-duty operation and adjustable 90° arm movement of approximately 2.5–4.5 seconds, with actual speed depending on arm length and configuration.
The system supports several power configurations, including 120 VAC, 208/240 VAC single-phase and 24 VDC solar power, with optional battery backup for continued operation during power interruptions. The integrated control system provides programmable functions, vehicle-loop detection and connections for safety devices such as photo eyes and edge sensors. A manual release mechanism allows the barrier arm to be operated during a power outage.
The barrier cabinet is constructed from 6061 aluminum extrusion panels with a powder-coated finish and UV-resistant hood for durability in outdoor environments. The system can be configured with standard round or octagonal arms, optional LED arm lighting, edge sensing and a folding articulated-arm configuration for locations with limited clearance.
