Omni Scanner, 1D-2D Imager - Elegant

This barcode scanner has the aggressive scanning necessary for high volume presentation scanning. The elegantly designed scanner is ideally suited for department stores, airline check-in, and some manufacturing environments.

This scanner uses Adaptus Imaging Technology 6.0 to ensure fast reads of virtually any barcode including 1D, 2D, Postal, PDF, QR Codes and more.

Retail barcodes are read from up to seven inches away, and a 78 inch per second motion tolerance means the high speed swipes in grocery environments still result in successful scans.

It comes equipped to support EasyDL driver's license parsing, allowing you to scan the PDF417 barcode on the back of an ID or license, and send only the data you need, in the order you prefer. For applications such as credit card sign up or customer loyalty programs, this eliminates data entry errors and speeds the sign up process dramatically.

This line of scanners is built to withstand some retail use and abuse. The lightweight scanner survives drops of five feet, extending its lifespan. It's also sealed to keep out airborne particulate contaminants, but not necessarily water. For high speed or high stress scanning, such as when boarding an airplane, the scanner will keep lines moving smoothly and customers in good spirits.
