Key Lock Overrides, Waist High

While often included as a standard feature, having a key lock override feature can improve the use of either a mechanical and/or electric turnstile whether full height or waist high. 

Mechanical turnstiles can change configuration of passageway operation with the key lock override.

Electric turnstiles can have a key lock override which overrules access control settings and allows a 2-way electric turnsitle to be set up as a 1-way turnstile or change the configuration of the 2-way turnstile in terms of entry and exit.

Fail-safe features and connection to a fire alarm will overrule key lock overrides for safey.
